In June, when summer awakens, Klintängarna’s meadows are the most beautiful!
Here is also Limmor swamp. The swamp was drained in the 19th century.
The shape of the swamp can still be seen on the map.
Here unique orchids bloom together with Anemone nemorosa and Primula veris. Here, among other things, Cranes, Greylag geese and Corn crake nest. Other species that are often found are Godwit and Collared flycatchers.
Here are hunting grounds for different types of eagle and hawk.
Up on the cliff you have a magical view and a good scene.
Directions
Travel about three kilometers south out of Fårö church and turn right at the sign Klintängarna.
