Hammars is an old well-maintained small fishing village.
One of the sheds was built after 1973, while the older sheds are built in cold-walled tile, probably from the 19th century.
There is also an earth chamber and some remains.
Directions
Hammar’s fishing village is located on the southern shore of Alnäsaviken. Turn towards Dämba at Fårö Church and continue for a couple of kilometers before turning off towards the sea (not signposted). There you first come to Verkas länning where you can park and then go on by foot or bike through the gate to get to Hammar’s fishing village.
